Yes, your 10 tips are actually 10 commandments for the sellers. Sometimes, I get a call to come in and see a house that has been on the market for couple of months without any success. When I walk in, I see that all the 10 tips that you mentioned in your blog, were not followed. An advice for the sellers and agents: get your stagers in before you put your house on the market. After the first price reduction, you wished that you had.
